**Before applying, please read the instructions provided below**

Application for admission to UG programmes for the academic year 2024-25 are to be submitted online through the college website www.stxaviersaluva.ac.in.

1. Online registration and application to UG programmes can be done through the college website.
2. New users have to click the register button. Those who have already registered can login using their registered mobile number. They will get a onetime password for editing. After the final submission, the Application Form can be printed.
3. Candidate has to enter a valid email ID and phone number. All communication regarding the admission will be communicated to this Email ID / Phone number only.
4. A scanned copy of Passport size Photo is to be uploaded.
5. Scanned copies of the Final Mark sheet of plus-two or equivalent examinations and other certificates to prove your eligibility for reservations or bonus marks (NCC, NSS, sports, arts or any other) have to be uploaded.
6. Candidates can remit the required application fee online using NET BANKING, CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS, Gpay and Paytm .
7. Application fee is non-refundable
8. The entered data is to be verified carefully. The details once entered will be available for editing during subsequent login(s). EDITING WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE AFTER PRESSING THE “SUBMIT” BUTTON IN THE FINAL STAGE.
9. Students applying for cultural and sports quota should submit the hard copy of the downloaded application form along with self attested copies of the certificates claiming reservation at the office of the college.
10. Those who seek admission under Community quota ( Latin Catholics) and Management quota should apply online through the college website itself.

• **Incomplete and incorrect applications will be rejected**
• **General Quota – general candidates can apply through the general quota
• **Community Quota -for community quota, Latin catholics other than Anglo Indians are eligible. (For Aided Programmes, LCs are eligible to apply in Community Quota)
