Procedure for Applying to Community Merit Quota Seats
- Apply to Merit Quota seats first (through MG CAP)
- After the final submission of application to Merit quota seats, candidates who wish to apply for Community Merit quota seats may choose the option corresponding to Community Merit quota.
- In the case of Community Merit quota, select the community applicable to the candidate.( Please note that community merit seats are available in aided colleges alone)
- Upload the digital copy of the community certificate issued by the competent revenue authority.
- Register options
- Submit the application
Procedure for Applying to Sports/Cultural Quota Seats
- After the final submission of application to merit quota seats, candidates who wish to apply for sports quota/cultural quota seats may choose the option corresponding to sports quota/cultural quota.
- In the case of sports quota/cultural quota, select the sports/cultural event applicable to the candidate and details corresponding to the category.
- Upload the digital copy of the relevant document
- Register options
- Submit the application
Procedure for Applying to PD Quota Seats
- After the final submission of application to Merit quota seats, candidates who wish to apply for PD quota seats may choose the option corresponding to PD quota.
- In the case of PD quota, select the disability category applicable to the candidate and details corresponding to the category.
- Upload the digital copy of the disability Certificate
- Register options
- Submit the application
FOR MANAGEMENT QUOTA ONLY
General Instructions:-
- Online application includes filling up the required details of applicant and payment of application fee (200 Rs) through payment gateway
- ATM Debit/Credit cards are necessary for making payment. Credit cards are preferred over debit cards.
Applicant should print the application form which is finally generated, and provide the same at the time of admission.
- Please keep the following files in pdf/jpeg format (1 mb-2 mb size) before filling the application form.

- Recent Passport size photograph ( taken in less than 6 months)-jpeg
- Qualifying examination pass certificate-pdf
- SSLC certificate-pdf
- Necessary documents to prove NSS/NCC/co curricular activities and Ex-service dependant (If more than one certificate is there in a single category, all the certificates should be combined as saved as single pdf file)
IMPORTANT** – THE FILLED HARD COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH PAYMENT DETAILS,(AFTER THE FEE PAYME) SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AT THE COLLEGE OFFICE BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.

For Application
- The Application for admission to Management Quota, should be submitted online on payment of a non – refundable amount of Rs 200/- to ( Account Name – The Principal, St. Xavier’s College for Women Aluva, Account number – 57044463749, Bank & Branch – SBI Aluva, IFSC – SBIN0070147)
- After filling the online application, candidates should download the application form (available as pdf in the online application form) and submit the hard copy of the filled application (completed) form with necessary copies of proof at the time of interview.
