Smt. Nikitha Xavier has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Malayalam, St. Xaviers’ College Aluva since 2012. She completed her PG in Malayalam from Union Christian College, Aluva in 2008 and M.Phil. studies at Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. Her  research work is mainly focused on Literary Criticism , Vayanayum Bhavukathwaparinamavum : C V Novel vayanakale munnirthiyulla Padanam. From 2018 onwards she has served as the Board of Studies Member, M A Malayalam, M G University Kottayam . She has also been serving as the head of the Department of Malayalam since 2019. As the coordinator of the vibrant Folklore club (2015 onwards)functioning in the college, she has coordinated and conducted various events and activities of the college.
