Shermi Jude Oliver

Ms. Shermi Jude Oliver is an experienced Business Accountant and Lecturer. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Dept. of B.Voc Accounting and Taxation at St. Xavier’s College For Women, Aluva. She is sincere in her teaching duties and maintains a growth mindset towards student learning, teaching practices, and collective professional development. She was the former Assistant Professor in Dept. of Management Studies at Siena College of Professional Studies in 2022-23. She has experience in facilitating mentoring of students and one month project internships. She also worked as an Accounts Faculty at True Visory Academy on 2022 and facilitated practical and technical training to students in Tally Prime, QuickBooks, GST, Income Tax and TDS. Her core areas is Accounting and Computerised Accounting. She stepped into her career on 2021 as a Junior Accountant in JSMD & ASSOCIATES. She has also gained practical experience on various accounts and tax work such as ROC, returns filing, GST returns and Winman CA ERP software. She has attended various Professional FDP and Workshops centered on Outcome Based Education & Essential AI Tools for Teachers, Innovative Teaching and Learning Pedagogy in association with KSHEC, Data Analytics & AI  and Teachers Conference conducted by ICSI.

  Educational Qualification: M.COM, UGC NET.

• Mini MBA in Marketing, Finance, Microsoft Excel conducted by Taxila Business School, approved by AICTE, ministry of HRD govt. of India.
• Diploma in Executive Accountant from ProHub Process Management PVT Ltd.
• Practical training on GST filing from MacFig Commerce Academy.
