Professional Summary
Dr. Baby Divya has been teaching in the Department of Zoology since 2012. She did her post-graduation in Marine Biology from CUSAT, Kochi in 2003 and PhD in Marine Science from CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, Goa in 2011. She was awarded the InterRidge postdoctoral fellowship and carried out her post doctoral work in University of Azores, Portugal in 2012. Her research interests include aquatic microbial ecology, bacterial diversity and molecular taxonomy. She has been a part of various oceanographic cruises onboard research vessels and has several publications in national and international journals to her credit.
